Meet Elizabeth
Hello, my name is Elizabeth and I am one of the co-founders of Elevate U. I am Senior Information Security Consultant for a big 4 bank. Additionally, I serve as a casual tutor at the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
Reflecting on my unconventional journey, I chose an IT degree at UTS while being honored with a Westpac Young Technologist scholarship. Balancing academics, I ventured into corporate work early, starting as an IT support professional at a big 4 bank—a pivotal entry into the tech industry. Recognising the importance of industry experience, this decision laid the foundation for my ambitious career trajectory.
Over the past 5 years, I've navigated roles, including a Summer Internship that facilitated networking opportunities crucial to my current position in the Application Security team. This role encompasses both technical and non-technical responsibilities, and I can honestly say, I thoroughly enjoy my role.
My strengths lie in elevating others, investing in their potential, and fostering belief when self-doubt arises. With prominent skills in empathy, communication, and expertise in technology and cybersecurity, I've cultivated a dynamic and impactful presence in the professional landscape.

Meet Georgia
Hi, I’m Georgia and I am one of the co-founders of Elevate U. I am an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager for a big 4 bank, and have been on my career growth journey for the last 5 years. My journey began in a very unconventional way. No internship, grad program or letter of recommendation. Just hard work, networking, and building the relationships required to progress your career to the next level. At 21 years old, I landed my first job at a big 4 bank, and after 2 years of hard work at only 23, I reached the 6-figure salary mark. Since then, I have been able to continuously progress my career in many aspects, from a skill set perspective as well as from a financial perspective.
My areas of expertise encompass robust communication skills, adept critical thinking, profound knowledge of economics and accounting, and a comprehensive understanding of technology. These competencies have been pivotal in propelling my professional journey to its current heights.
